Heather began her real estate career in 2015 after years in the construction industry, where she owned a roofing and remodeling company and held a General Contractor’s license. Her background gives her a unique advantage when helping clients evaluate homes, prepare listings, and navigate inspections — she doesn’t just see houses, she understands how they’re built.

 

Born and raised in Charlotte, Heather has called the area home for more than 40 years. She loves helping others discover what makes the region special — from the charm of small-town communities like Matthews, Weddington, and Waxhaw, to the vibrant energy of South Charlotte and Fort Mill, SC. Clients value her willingness to go above and beyond, her fun and approachable style, and her teacher-like ability to help them understand both the market and the process.
